About Eleven Recruiting

“We are honored to be named the top 10 best workplace in Los Angeles and encouraged to continue serving our community in excellence. This is extra special as this is our fourth year in business and our first time participating in a program like this. The Eleven team is rooted in a company culture that values gratitude, excellence, and our commitment to go above and beyond for our clients, candidates we place, and fellow team members. We’re inspired that this recognition shows we’re on the right path and look forward to continue serving our community!”

Michael Chiang, Founder and CEO of Eleven Recruiting

Eleven Recruiting was recognized for their stand-out team building events: team-wide VIP trip to Disneyland, monthly diversity meet-ups, bowling, escape rooms, batting cages, and more. Other workplace well-being and engagement initiatives Eleven Recruiting continues to focus on growing are: DEI goals, training and career development, wellness, and organizational benefits.

Los Angeles Business Journal Awards – Honoring Exceptional Companies

The survey and awards program were designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best employers in Los Angeles, benefiting the county’s economy, workforce and businesses. This list of companies comes from top local employers that participated in a detailed survey conducted by Workforce Research Group. The survey ranks small, medium, and large companies on subjects such as leadership, recruiting and employment practices, corporate culture, training and career development, and much more.

The virtual event held on August 11th, honored small to large companies in every industry. Business leaders and panel speakers educated attendees on how top companies recruit, incentivize, and motivate talent. Trend setting ideas in professional development, well-being, DEI, and more were discussed.

The Top 100 Best Places to Work rankings and a recap of the winners will be published in the August 15 issue of the Los Angeles Business Journal.
