October 11th, 2021 – Eleven Recruiting and Consulting Services, LLC has placed John Quan as chief technology officer of Aristotle Capital Management.
Sarah Wilson, search consultant of Eleven Recruiting, led the assignment along with Michael Chiang, CEO, Eleven Recruiting. Mr. Quan is the first to serve as Chief Technology Officer for Aristotle.
Candidate Background and Placement
Mr. Quan has over 20 years of experience in finance and IT, spending the last 13 years of his career exclusively focused in investment management. His background includes expertise in strategic planning, budgeting/forecasting, execution, and product management. He excels in people management and staff engagement while streamlining cross-functional collaboration and delivering sustained results.
John Quan has served in various leadership roles with national and global companies, including PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Indymac Bank, and Western Asset Management. He joins Aristotle directly from Western Asset Management in Los Angeles, where he was Senior Manager and Chief Security Officer since 2008.
