The candidate for this position has over 3 years of IT experience in general IT desk support, software, and hardware troubleshooting, supporting the installation of operating systems and hardware.
The above was proven by the utilization of Active Directory to verify employee software and application entitlements for 400+ users. They also deployed Windows OS updates and managed and completed tickets in ServiceNow for various laptop deployments, hardware/software fixes, and updates.
They have served in several leadership roles in national and global technical teams, such as Cricket Wireless and Endurance Warranty. They joined the company shortly after serving in United Airlines.
