The candidate for this position has over three years of IT experience in general IT desk support, software and hardware troubleshooting, and supporting the installation of operating systems and hardware.
The above was proven by the efficient management of 21 clients ranging from large publicly traded companies with over 400 users, large multi-billion dollar international banks, and firms that trade securities and commodities, to small design studios and medical offices.
They have served in various leadership roles in national and global technical teams, such as DS410, LLC, and Haber Group. They joined the company shortly after serving in NY Biztech in 2022.

Organizationally, the company was looking for a candidate to monitor and troubleshoot the wide area network connection between the offices. They would also provide local hands-on assistance with the administration and maintenance of phone and voicemail systems, including installing new phones and moving existing phones as needed.
The critical skills required for this role: analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. More specifically, the maintenance of local area networks for the New York office, including Cisco, Del, Riverbed and NetApp, APC/UPS & other equipment used in the ongoing network operations.
