January 31st, 2022 – Eleven Recruiting and Consulting Services, LLC has placed a candidate as Technology Services Administrator at a globally recognized company in Los Angeles, California.

Candidate Background and Placement

The candidate fit for this position has an 11-year track record of delivering organization-wide change and support, overseeing: the help desk, facilities, and system administration.

They have served in various leadership roles with national and global companies, including National Funding, Inc and Quick Bridge Funding. They joined the company after serving National Funding, Inc since 2016.

At the LA-based law firm, the candidate will report to the Chief Information Officer.

The law firm is a full-service Global 100 firm handling corporate and technology matters, high-stakes litigation, and complex financial transactions with 15 offices in North America, Europe, and Asia. They offer global solutions to their clients around the world and provide seamless representation in multiple jurisdictions. It is headquartered in Los Angeles, California as a full-service law firm with approximately 1000 attorneys working in 15 offices worldwide.

Organizationally, the law firm was looking for a candidate with strong skills in level 3 technical support; Windows 10; active directory; O365, and support technology hardware to replace the Technology Services Admin in their Del Mar office. 

Skills sought out by the LA-based law firm for the role: install upgrades, troubleshoot problems, dispose of equipment, asset management procedures and database update, set up and monitor video conferences, provision and decommission network accounts.
