Candidate Background and Placement
The select candidate for this position has an 11-year track record of delivering organization-wide change and support, overseeing: the helpdesk, facilities, and system administration.
They oversaw the implementation of next-gen Palo Alto firewalls to improve organizational security posture. The candidate has experience in multiple ticketing systems (SpiceWorks, TrackIt, and Zendesk) to address end-user concerns and build a knowledge base for other technicians.
They have served in various leadership roles with national and global companies, including Quick Bridge and National Funding. They joined the company after serving Quick Bridge in 2013.
Commercial Global Shopping Center Organization
Organizationally, the company was looking for a contractor with strong experience in preparing computers for users and performing swaps for them. The company was looking to hire a contractor for three months to help complete their computer replacements. They needed an organized individual with clear communication skills to fulfill their duties in user coordination regarding computer replacement.
Skills sought out by the company included: Primarily, computer replacements skills and someone who is organized and communicates clearly with users.
