The candidate fit for this position has a 17-year track record in infrastructure, operations, and systems engineering. Their professional experience covers a broad range of industries and environments with diversified scale/complexity of IT functions. 

They also have professional expertise in mission-critical, high-availability data center operations (NOC), disaster recovery/redundancy, and business continuity planning & analysis, to name a few. This was proven by their management of 20 external customer environments with 50 Virtual Machines each.

They have served in various leadership roles with national and global companies, including Help Partners, LLC, and Sleep Number Corporation. They joined the company after serving 3M on a contract basis since 2021.
