The candidate for this position has over 6 years of experience in support and communication–active listening and engagement with clients, colleagues, and management (including extensive work with active directory and Office 365 products).

The above was proven by the Level 1 IT support provided to a law firm of over 50 employees. They maintained and monitored servers for exchange, PBX systems, data backups, etc. They also managed high-level security and access for attorneys, paralegals, and their clients. 

They have served as core support across different industries, such as Toll-Free Forwarding and UNICOM Global. They joined the company shortly after serving in Ziffren Brittenham LLP in 2020.

Lending Company Organizational Needs

The Calabasas-based lending company specializes in financing non-owner-occupied residential investment properties. They also provide mortgage brokers and real estate investors with a fast, cost-effective funding source for their real estate investment needs. 

Organizationally, the company was looking for a candidate who would be responsible for organizing, modifying, installing, and supporting the company’s computer systems.

The key skills to fill out the role by this law firm were: intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, experience with VPNs, hardware troubleshooting, and setting up computers and associated peripherals.
