The above was proactively proven by solving internal systems issues within the internal network, which resulted in a 67% improved uptime. They also set up and maintained the Ph.D. virtual backup and Datto recovery services, addressing and resolving long-standing issues with a 100% success of backups and automated failover.
They have served in various leadership roles with national and global companies, including Yardi Systems and RegEd. They joined the company after serving Labcorp Raleigh in 2021.
