Candidate Background and Placement
The candidate fit for this position is a technical hands-on leader with 17-year experience in managing teams of technicians, developers, engineers, and architects in “start-up” environments and large corporations–proven when they led IT departments of 2 different organizations to support over 900 employees.
The candidate also led the implementation of change management processes and streamlined workflows to reduce risk and provide cost savings. This was evident through technology deployed to drive automation, facilitate growth and reduce project costs to the tune of $500K per year in a leading private equity firm.
They have served in various leadership roles with national and global companies, including Westfield and Paramount Pictures. They joined the company after serving Hertz Investment Group in 2019.
