Their experience was exemplified in troubleshooting daily hardware and software issues at a medical center via the Remedy ticketing system. They also provided support to all on-site locations and remote employees, as well as third-party consultants.
They have served in core roles across national and global companies, including OSF and Insight Global. They joined the company after serving IVC in 2021.
