The candidate worked on PS4, and Xbox One dev kits and used them to send logs for dev research. They also created test plans for teams of 12-16 people based on design, documentation and developer input, undertook ad hoc testing to find unique and edge case errors, and led teams of four or more in testing multiplayer and cooperative modes.
