The candidate is skilled at advanced experience configuring and deploying Windows and MAC devices using automated provisioning systems and managing SAAS solutions and internal resources (ServiceNow, Active Directory, EPO, etc).
Candidate Background and Placement
The candidate fit for this position has 29 years of IT experience, within this time span, they honed advanced troubleshooting experience. They also maintained and managed cloud-based applications such as Office 365, OneDrive, and MOVEit.
The candidate’s skill and experience were proven during the final escalation point of technical support for Playstation’s North American Headquarters and surrounding offices for the corporate environment—running 50% Mac and 50% PC desktops and laptops.
They have served in core roles across robust companies and government establishments, including LMJ Forte and Bank of the West (ITC INFOSEC). They joined the company after serving PlayStation since 2021.

The California-based firm is a leading global investment firm that offers alternative asset management as well as capital markets and insurance solutions. It manages multiple alternative asset classes, including private equity, energy, infrastructure, real estate, credit, and, through its strategic partners, hedge funds.
Organizationally, the company was looking for a candidate primarily responsible for effective analysis troubleshooting, and accurate problem-solving of technical incidents of varying degrees; they will also respond to issues received through the service management system, email, teams, phone, and walk-ups.
Skills and experience sought out by the global investment firm for the role: proven experience as a Senior Desktop Engineer, troubleshooting issues with Windows 100, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VDI—remote and on-site troubleshooting through efficient troubleshooting methodology.
