The candidate has advanced experience configuring and deploying Windows and MAC devices using automated provisioning systems and managing SAAS solutions and internal resources (ServiceNow, Active Directory, EPO, etc).

The candidate fit for this position has 7 years of IT experience, during this time frame, they worked with industry leaders and honed advanced troubleshooting experience for on-site and remote. They are driven by a personal commitment to excellence and efficiency with versatile critical thinking skills to adapt to any situation.
The candidate’s skill was displayed when they played an integral role during McAfee’s divestiture from Intel by providing procedures, guidance, and support for the IT team through a tough transitionary period. They achieved operational goals through advanced experience using Cisco VPN and 2FA applications and advanced troubleshooting experience for Windows and MAC.
They have served in core roles across robust companies and government establishments, including CompuCom Systems Inc and McAfee. They joined the company after serving McAfee since 2017.
Investment Firm Organizational Needs
The California-based firm is a leading global investment firm that offers alternative asset management as well as capital markets and insurance solutions. It manages multiple alternative asset classes, including private equity, energy, infrastructure, real estate, credit, and, through its strategic partners, hedge funds.
Organizationally, the company was looking for a candidate primarily responsible for effective analysis, troubleshooting, and accurate problem-solving of technical incidents of varying degrees; they will also respond to issues received through the service management system, email, teams, phone, and walk-ups.
Skills and experience sought out by the global investment firm for the role: remote and on-site troubleshooting through efficient troubleshooting methodology, proven excellence in customer service, interpersonal and customer-facing skills, and strong listening and problem-solving skills.
