The candidate for this position has a 15-year track record in providing technical support for batch scheduling (Autosys), including analysis, implementation, monitoring (using JAWS and Splunk), and troubleshooting of batch processing and software.
Their experience was proven by coordinating the L2/L3 teams to ensure service level agreements for batch job flows. They also provided training to associates on best practices related to batch scheduling and standards and troubleshooting XLDeploy errors.
They have served loyally and valuably in different companies, including Solugenix Corporation and Temecula. They joined the company after serving Solugenix Corporation in 2015.
