The candidate fit for this position has four years of in-depth experience with a diverse background— facilitating hardware and software troubleshooting. They have worked with Solutions Engineers and Managing Consultants in building out project timelines and establishing necessary milestones and endpoints for projects of varying sizes and scopes.
Practically, they have implemented remote desktop licensing and provided multiple user setups for QuickBooks, aircraft industry software, printing studios, game studios, etc.
They have served in core roles across national and global companies, including Terminal Solutions and U.S. Agricultural Research Services. They joined the company after serving Terminal Solutions in 2018.
