Candidate Background and Placement
The candidate fit for this position is an enthusiastic information system and technology specialist who holds a DoD Top Secret/SCI Clearance and 6 years of experience under their belt. They are adept in communication, presentation, and collaboration with teams and all levels of staff.
Their expertise was proven in several successful setups of equipment and workstations for new and existing employees in the offices of renowned companies. They also traced and patched network connections for new and existing workstations across offices— configuring RSA tokens and informing end users of their use.
These offices above were spread across sensitive government offices such as the National Security Council (White House) – Washington, D.C., the Office of the Secretary of Defense (Pentagon), and the U.S. Army G2 (Pentagon).
They have served in core roles across robust companies and government establishments, including United States Army and Inter Image. They joined the company after serving MetroStar Systems in 2021.
Investment Firm Organizational Needs
The New York-based investment firm is committed to upholding and growing the 130-year legacy—an approach that began when the original McCourt Company was launched in Boston in 1893. They are currently building a new model of enterprise that maximizes value by integrating financial results and social impact.
Organizationally, the company was looking for a candidate to perform IT support duties and related problem-solving using desktop IT skills, good judgment, and initiative. The candidate must have an in-depth knowledge of various computer hardware and software technologies.
