The candidate has trained, mentored, and supervised a team to engage in business operations and focus on building customer loyalty and relationships. They also have a strong understanding of IT Operations and IT equipment (i.e., firewalls, switches, access points, VoIP systems, commercial printers, and endpoint devices).
They have served in top technical teams, such as NZXT and OC Tech Dr. They joined the company shortly after serving in NOVA DX Labs.

The Redondo-based organization is a leading institutional private money lender specializing in the financing of non-owner-occupied residential investment properties. It provides mortgage brokers and real estate investors with a fast and cost-effective funding source for their real estate investment needs.
Organizationally, the company was looking for a candidate who would take up the responsibility of organizing, modifying, installing, and supporting the company’s computer systems.
The key skills to fill out the role by this law firm were: intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, experience with VPNs, hardware troubleshooting, and setting up computers and associated peripherals.
